2. Audio Meditation Scripts
Below are 5 ready-to-record narration scripts. Read slowly, with soft pauses, in a warm female voice, with light nature sounds underneath.
1) “Pure Mind and Fear” (≈5 minutes)
Intro (grounding)
Find a comfortable position…
Let your shoulders soften…
Feel the breath moving in… and out…
You are safe to be here.
Awareness first
Now, bring to mind the clear, spacious awareness that is always here…
the quiet presence that watches…
the loving field in which everything appears.
Silently say:
“Pure Mind…”
and feel that as your true home.
Include the fear
Now notice… is there any fear here? in the chest? in the throat? in the belly?
Without pushing it away, whisper inwardly:
“Pure Mind… and fear.”
Both can be here.
Awareness and fear.
Vastness and the little trembling inside it.
Let awareness hold the fear like a mother holding a child.
Softening
Notice… awareness is not afraid.
Awareness is clear.
Fear is just a wave moving through the ocean of Pure Mind.
Closing
Breathe in… and out…
Say once more: “Pure Mind… and fear… all belongs… all is loved.”
Rest in the quiet after the words.
2) “Pure Mind and Anger”
Let the body settle…
Feel the breath…
Feel the contact with the chair or cushion…
Bring attention to the awake space that knows this moment.
Silently say: “Pure Mind…”
Now, remember the anger — maybe a frustration, a hurt, a boundary crossed.
Instead of pushing it away, gently name it:
“Pure Mind… and anger.”
Let both be true.
There is anger… and there is the Pure Mind that is not angry.
Feel how awareness can hold strong energy without collapsing.
Let the fire be seen.
Let the wisdom inside the anger rise — “something in me wants protection, fairness, love.”
Whisper: “Pure Mind… and the wish to be loved.”
Rest for a few breaths.
End with: “Love is Everything.”
3) “Pure Mind and Despair”
Sit or lie comfortably…
Allow the breath to be soft…
If heaviness is present, don’t fight it.
Silently name your true nature: “Pure Mind…”
This is the clear sky.
Now name what is passing through: “…and despair.”
There is room for this.
You do not have to fix it right now.
You only have to let it be held.
Feel the contrast: despair feels heavy, but awareness feels open.
Let awareness wrap around the heaviness like light around a stone.
Say:
“Even this can be here in God.”
“Even this can be here in Pure Mind.”
Stay for several breaths, then close:
“Pure Mind as Me… even here.”
4) “Pure Mind and Peace”
Begin by smiling slightly…
Feel the breath like a tide…
Say: “Pure Mind…”
Sense the brightness, the clarity.
Now invite peace — not as a concept, but as a felt quietness.
Say: “Pure Mind… and peace.”
Let the exhale lengthen.
Let the shoulders drop.
Let the mind rest in the space between thoughts.
If a thought appears, bless it:
“Pure Mind… and this thought.”
and return to stillness.
End with:
“May this peace bless all beings.”
5) “Pure Mind and Gratitude”
Sit with the heart slightly open… maybe hand over heart.
Breathe in…
Breathe out…
Say: “Pure Mind…”
Feel yourself as awareness.
Now bring to mind something simple — breath, sunlight, a kind word, this very practice.
Say: “Pure Mind… and gratitude.”
Let gratitude rise like warmth in the chest.
Let it spread through the body.
Whisper:
“Thank you, God, for the awareness that never leaves.”
“Thank you for Love that includes all things.”
End softly:
“Love is Everything.”
