PURE MIND as Me

The Healing Power of Naming Awareness

What is “Pure Mind … and”?

Sometimes a feeling fills the heart — fear, anger, sorrow — and yet something in us remembers:
awareness comes first. By saying “Pure Mind … and fear,” we place our experience inside
the clear, spacious awareness from which it came. This is the healing pivot.

This site offers simple practices, guided meditations, and gentle reflections to help you return to
the awareness that never leaves you.

PURE MIND as Me — The Practice

Naming awareness first, then welcoming what is here.

1. The Core Move

When something arises — fear, tightness, sadness — pause and say quietly:
“Pure Mind … and fear.” This simple wording places the experience
inside awareness, not the other way around.

2. Daily Rhythm

  • Morning: “Pure Mind … and breath.”
  • During challenge: “Pure Mind … and this emotion.”
  • Evening: “Pure Mind … and gratitude.”

3. Why it Heals

Awareness does not resist experience. When you stay as awareness, the emotion is seen,
felt, and slowly purified through inclusion.

PURE MIND as Me — Reflections

Journaling to let awareness speak.

Reflection Prompts

  • What happens in me when I say, “Pure Mind … and this”?
  • Which emotions ask to be included, not fixed?
  • How does awareness feel in my body?
  • What is it like to be the space, not the story?

Write slowly. Let awareness answer.

About — Pure Mind as Me

A space for remembering the awareness we already are.

PureMindAs.me was created by G. Ross Clark, a mindfulness teacher who found that
the simplest healing came when experience was placed back inside awareness with the words:
“Pure Mind … and this.”

This site is for those who are meeting fear, anger, despair, or spiritual longing — and want to meet it
with Love instead of resistance.

May this be a gentle corner of the internet where you can breathe, listen, and return.
